Gestational Diabetes Mellitus is a public health concern and one of the causes maternal fetal mortality morbidity.Gestational diabetes most common issue that can occur during pregnancy.it happens when mother isfirst diagnosed with pregnancy. The minimizing factors for gestational are adequate knowledgeabout condition early detection treatment; healthy practices on diet physical activeness. Awareness thecondition among antenatal women will translate into adoption lifestyle, better health-seeking pattern, selfcarepractice, which prevent acute complications reduce risk long-term promote pregnancyoutcome.
